Intersectional Activism is the belief that all discrimination — whether based on race, gender, class, sexual orientation, gender expression, religion, or any other characteristic — is derivative of a culture that does not value all people equally. This view allows for broader solutions to social justice problems that address multiple movements simultaneously. This blog will address issues concerning Feminism and/or GLBT rights, as well as topics that are related or have bearing on how society views gender and sexual orientation. I hope that this blog will promote dialogue about these topics.
